1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made at The Green, located in Truro, Cornwall. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“The Green”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to the business operating the Trackman golf simulator lounge, bar, and associated facilities.

2. Bookings and Payment

  • All bookings must be made online through our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Green.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your booking time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before your booking will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your booking, or failure to attend, will result in no refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Age Policy

  • Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

  • We reserve the right to request proof of age where appropriate.

5. Use of Facilities

  • Guests use The Green’s facilities, including golf simulators, at their own risk.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all equipment is used safely and as instructed.

  • Any damage caused to equipment, fixtures, or property due to misuse or negligence will be charged to the guest responsible.

  • Please report any faults, issues, or accidents to a member of staff immediately.

6. Conduct and Behaviour

  • The Green promotes a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests.

  • Responsible drinking is required at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

  • Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

7. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers purchased from The Green are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Liability

  • The Green accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or personal property sustained on the premises, except where caused by our negligence.

  • You are responsible for your own belongings during your visit.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • The Green collects personal information (such as name, contact details, and payment information) solely for the purpose of managing bookings and providing our services.

  • We handle all personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
